To be completely honest, I wasn't looking forward to turning 35...as that just meant I was now closer to 40 than I was to 30...and that is NOT COOL in my mind ha ha!!
Our boys were VERY thoughtful and decided to make me pancakes for breakfast. Cole had a friend (Nathan) over and he helped as well. When they called Kent and I to come eat we had to try hard to not show our reaction to what we were seeing LOL!
We ate breakfast and praised the boys and thanked them...they are wonderful!
With Brynley being sick I really didn't expect to do anything on my Birthday. BUT, she stopped barfing late in the afternoon so we decided at the last minute to go out to dinner. Cole offered to babysit...such a sweet and thoughtful boy!
In the end my Birthday turned out great! We went to see a movie with Jeff and Melanie after as well. We saw Hereafter...we don't recommend it ha ha...it was REALLY slow and there wasn't much of a point to it.
I am SO blessed! I have such a loving family and they helped make it a great day in the end. I felt VERY loved and cared about with all the phone calls and messages I received as well. My parents called and even sang Happy Birthday to me that morning!! =)

The kitchen was smoke filled so we had to turn on the fan. The pankcakes were huge and thick and burnt!! ha ha They were SO proud of themselves for setting the table and making everything.

We went out for dinner at The Keg in Calgary. The food was good and we were stuffed! 
Jeff and Melanie, Deb, Niki and Sheri all came in and met us for dinner.
Kent and Jeff had us all laughing as they were being there usual silly selves.We got talking about our smiles and Jeff and Kent were saying how they don't like their smiles and so they were showing us their smiles and they were making the funniest faces...ok, so ya had to be there LOL!

You look SO good and so happy. 35?? Yeah right. It's just a number. Don't forget that. I bet you will look just as great at 45 too. ; D

My baby girl is 35?!! How did that happen? You were the best of babies and now look at you...a darling mommy of 3 with a terrific husband! Blessing all around! You my dear are a great blessing our lives. Loves and hugs!
